Control server for vocto

This lets devroom managers live mix 4 predefined scenes.

Also, it has accumulated other crap:

  • influxdb instance for audio monitoring
  • previews of all buildings' boxes and outputs
  • dhcp server for the video VLAN

The htpasswd file comes from the video-private repo.
