Definition of the problem

IC2 cables disconnecting and machines losing its facing state.

I suggest that it may be related to incorrect enet position handling -- see picture below:

I'm standing right on kinetic generator but the error thrown from nearby block. This wasn't happening before I installed FTB backups.

Why I think it's caused by FTB Backups

Recently when I logged in after being inactive for a couple of days my server hang (it starts backing up right when you log in if there were no players on server, that's understandable). Right after finishing backup it was unresponsive for a minute and then thrown a bunch of errors with "removal without registration" and crashed due to long tick.

After restart everything was alright. If you check IC2 bug tracker (when it'll be hopefully back online) you'll see that everyone reported about this error had FTB backups as well -- at least every thread I found related.
