ALT-Gr not work #80

Hi Chris

With last version (p0.63-t017) the combo ALT-Gr + "any key" not work, with previous version and original putty(0.63) work as expected.

This is caused by 0bfbca making "Settings -> Terminal -> Right-Alt acts as it" the default.

I've made it not the default, but you can fix it temporarily by disabling the setting yourself, and re-saving your profile. Any profiles you've used will need to be manually changed back (and saved):
