Url clicking in scrollback buffer is failing #93
Comments
Bug introduced in v017 |
I'm guessing this is caused by a5a801c's removal of the browser detection stuff. I shall have to have a play around with the different ways to launch a browser. @kouze: Are you using any of the browser launch stuff; i.e. do you have "Use the default browser" ticked on configuration -> Window -> Hyperlinks? What default browser do you use? etc. |
Issues is happening with "Use the default browser" ticked (default browser is Firefox 24.0) In fact I played with any config in Configuration -> Window -> Hyperlinks and the bug is always there |
this is happening to me on 0.63-t022 |
seriously? no response? |
Ah, I can actually reproduce this with Phoenix09's instructions. |
Let's see how that works for people! |
that works |
When one clicks on an url in the scrollback buffer, putty is not "opening" the url you are clicking on, it opens "something else" instead.
Bug identified in some of the newest releases, not included in v013 for example.
