Added the
FEATURETOOLS_UPDATE_CHECKERenvironment variable which if set to any of['0', 'False', 'false', 'FALSE']. Also added a test to make sure the check is skipped when the environment variable is set to a false value.Finally, updated all tests to make sure they run reliably regardless of how a user has the environment variable set.
