Al modificar una solicitud en editarsolicitud.php, y cambiar el archivo adjunto, debe eliminarse dicho archivo físicamente (ahorro de espacio de almacenamiento) si y solo sí:

-El archivo existe y se encuentra almacenado en la carpeta de archivos adjuntos
-Dicho archivo adjunto NO se encuentra relacionado a otra solicitud (posible reintento)
