NaN in eigenvector computation

julia> σ = SymmetricTensor{2,3}([
           50.0 -10.0 0.0
           -10.0 40.0 0.0
           0.0 0.0 0.0]);

julia> eigvecs(σ)
3×3 Tensor{2, 3, Float64, 9}:
 NaN  NaN  NaN
 NaN  NaN  NaN
 NaN  NaN  NaN

julia> S = @SMatrix[
           50.0 -10.0 0.0
           -10.0 40.0 0.0
           0.0 0.0 0.0];

julia> eigvecs(S)
3×3 SMatrix{3, 3, Float64, 9} with indices SOneTo(3)×SOneTo(3):
 0.0  0.525731   0.850651
 0.0  0.850651  -0.525731
 1.0  0.0        0.0

Probably this has been fixed in StaticArrays after we borrowed that implementation.

Before that patch StaticArrays also give NaNs.
