Fetchflow jQuery plugin

Fetchflow is a better version of contenteditable. Here's how to use it:

To start editing an element, just do this:

$('#foo').fetchflowEdit();

To stop editing it:

$('#foo').fetchflowUnedit();

If you want to make it editable (i.e., bind clicks and blurs to the above):

$('#foo').fetchflowEditable();
