Because the documentation flavor is used by default, which in turn requires the default notifier, the specs for these notifiers didn't need to require their implementations anymore. The specs do now, allowing you to use the default notifier again without the documentation notifier's specs failing.
The switch sets the concurrency level for the suite.
Move the Peck version to one place so the code version doesn't differ from the gemspec verson.
To make sure the OptionParser implementation doesn't get in the way of the application we're testing we have to move it into the Peck namespace.

In the documentation notifier we show the runtime for a specs. This adds a color to this time when it runs longer than the configured cutoff.
