The mapping for 0x212C(DOUBLE VERTICAL LINE ) is wrong.
Table version 1.0 updates 0.0d2 version by correcting mapping for 0x212C from U+2225 to U+2016.
We can get the updated gb2312.txt from http://glyph.iso10646hk.net/download/GB2312.TXT
