Is related to QA307
With new built-in function GEN_UUID it would be very useful to have additional two functions to change UUID format from char(16) octets to RFC4122 format (like "f81d4fae-7dec-11d0-a765-00a0c91e6bf6") and vice versa, having the ability to view UUIDs in text format and use search queries on UUID field
