It seems this is due not so much to "show role" as reconnect with yourself. A similar error appeared in experiments with BLOB filters. Attached to the message screenshot.

Yes, it was due to not cleared after reconnect cached request handles.
To have this bug fixed one should perform full build (including boot & epp preprocessing).
