Access to the name of DB encryption key [CORE5712] #5978

Name of encryption key is not top secret information. It may be read using (for example) gstat utility or service. But if one plan to work with that name from the program it will be much more convenient to access it using Attachment::getInfo() API call.

Implemented with fb_info_crypt_key information item.
In 4.0 also added dedicated system privilege GET_DBCRYPT_KEY_NAME.

QA issues:

  1. test requires firebird-driver version 1.10.4+ (date: 07-may-2024);
  2. correct system privilege name is: GET_DBCRYPT_INFO
  3. min_version set to FB 4.0
