There is date, time and timestamp literals with this syntax:
They are parsed at compile time.
However, there are weird situation with some literals.
We may use things as DATE 'TODAY', DATE 'TOMORROW', DATE 'YESTERDAY', TIME 'NOW' and TIMESTAMP 'NOW'.
