dae23ds_lib3ds is based on dae23ds, and use lib3ds to make the 
conversion routine more concise.

FEATURES
- export mesh, material, light, camera.

DEPENDENCE
-lib3ds (http://code.google.com/p/lib3ds/) r104

NOTE
- the 3ds file exported can be import to maya with 3dsimport.mll plugin, 
  but the transform information is lost. So, you can view the 3ds file exported through Deep Exploration.
- The lib3ds have to be biult to dll now, because I tried to build it to a static lib, but dae23ds_libs always 
  complains several link errors. Even lib3ds says they added the static link. (see http://code.google.com/p/lib3ds/source/detail?r=102)
  So, I'm sorry to say that, you have to put the lib3ds.dll(debug/release) to your dae23ds_lib3ds(debug/release) directory. Maybe this problem will be solved later.

LIMITS:
- No mesh splitting

COMPILE:
1. build Debug_Expat version.
open the configuration manager, and choose the following settings:
