Treat S00EXX as special in series plugin

Expected behaviour:

Special should be downloaded by the series plugin unless of special: no

Some specials are not labelled with a SPECIAL tag but with S00EXX or SYYE00.

Expected behaviour: SPECIAL tag, S00EXX and SYYE00 shoul be accepted

Actual behaviour:

SYYE00 are accepted by the series plugin but S00EXX are rejected as they are seen as previous seasons.

Steps to reproduce:

• Have a file tagged S00EXX as an input and use series plugin
