PostsListSettings has a new column for timeframe. PostsDailyPage is refactored to be a PostsTimeframePage (renaming to follow — it's just much worse for merge conflicts to do it now).
getDateRangeis now a utility function with tests and defensive programming. Note the improved feel of the daily timeframe, as the server side rendering is now much less likely to erroneously put an extraneous day.
