RAT short for Remote Administratoion Tool.
Commander specifically focuses on legal, authorized remote computer administration. There are many safegaurds in place to prevent Commander from being installed on an unauthorized computer.
Proper MySQL database connections and various other setup procedures are required, please see the setup page if you would like to set this up on your own server.
