Arch: Add support for editing profile type, add L and T sections

1. Add support for changing profile type after addition. Allows selection of all profiles in presets while editing an already created profile. Fixes bug [Bug] cannot change type of profile after addition of profile using Arch Profile tool #6679 in the true sense.
2. Add new profile type classes for L and T sections.
3. Add IS Angle & IS Tee profile presets.
