Initially requested in this thread: http://pbxinaflash.com/forum/showpost.php?p=73870&postcount=6

Reverse number lookup for business using this URL:
http://www.paginasamarillas.com.do/Searchpg.aspx?SearchType=neg&telefono=8095440077&searchAction=adv&ciudad=ALL

Where the number is a 10 digit number. I have no knowledge of area codes, but it's not critical that number checking be included.

I did some trial and error on residential reverse lookups as well, the above URL has a SearchType=neg which is spanish for business (negocio), so I tried reverse searches of type 'res' but I couldn't get it to work.

I just committed a lookup source for the Dominican to the 2.2.5.x branch. I tested a bit, but not exhaustively.

According to Wiki

Telephone numbers in the Dominican Republic use area code 809 with 829 and 849 as overlay codes. Telecommunications in the Dominican Republic use the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) country code, 1, followed by the area code in the same form as an internal area code in other NANP countries, such as the US and Canada.

Tested OK for me with some searches for v3.x.

Closing issue, we can always raise new bugs if the need arises.
