Clients generate warnings about old style definitions but ipaddr doesn't allow ranges #581

ipaddr should accept ranges, currently it appears to attempt to resolve ranges as hostnames.

sure... it currently supports "ipaddr" and "netmask", because it didn't support ranges.

tho "ipaddr = network/mask" would be useful, too. It's a low priority.

Yes, sometimes I just open issues as reminders to do stuff, don't expect you to fix everything.
