As you can see on the screenshot, there's no indication of the fact that the currently active tab is the one on the far right. I do believe this functionality was available in the older versions?

Thanks for the report.

What version of GTK+ do you have installed? It seems like you are missing some gtk elements.
The active tab is here correctly displayed.

gtk+-1.2.10
gtk+2-2.24.10
gtk+3-3.4.4

I've used this script to compile Remmina:

http://slackbuilds.org/slackbuilds/14.0/network/remmina/remmina.SlackBuild

This is on Slackware64 14.0.

Against what version of GTK did you build Remmina? If its build against GTK3 it should work for sure.

The GTK version I've compiled Remmina against is not readily apparent from the slackbuild script I posted earlier.

Is there a flag I can add when compiling Remmina that will force it to link with GTK3?

-DGTK_VERSION=3

Add that to the Cmake command

Tried -DGTK_VERSION=3 and got this in the build output:

-- checking for module 'gtk+-3.0'
-- found gtk+-3.0, version 3.4.4

Compile completed without issues, and the problem is still there.

Tried with -DGTK_VERSION=2 and got:

-- checking for module 'gtk+-2.0'
-- found gtk+-2.0, version 2.24.10

Again compile finished without issue but it did not fix the problem.

Very odd indeed.

This is how it looks here.

Looks like your missing some theme on your desktop :)

It would be very nice to know what theme Remmina depends on in order
for this to work. I can't seem to find anything on the dependency list.

This should just work with Gnome standard theme. Also you seem to be missing 'input-keybord' icon, which is just in gnome-icon-theme also.

Yea, this is getting weirder by the minute. I have the icon available on
my system, but for some odd reason it won't load in Remmina.

I've posted the issue at the linuxquestions.org forum in the Slackware
subforum. Hopefully someone there can help shed some light on this.

:o)
