This PR was merged into the 2.2 branch. Discussion ---------- DX: SCA - drop src/Resources exclusion as stub from src/Resources has been removed and replaced by root-level `php-cs-fixer` file (note: it's issue not only of 2.2 that just got backported phpmd, but also 2.10 and so) Commits ------- 1231f00 DX: SCA - drop src/Resources exclusion
