Whenever a new map is playerd due to a successful callvote for map/nextmap, the mapcycle restarts.
Example:

mapcycle.txt

ut4_casa
ut4_turnpike
ut4_uptown
ut4_kingdom

If we are playing the 2nd map in the mapcycle file (i.e. ut4_turnpike) and someone vote for ut4_algiers, after ut4_algiers ut4_casa will be played (mapcycle restarts) instead of ut4_uptown. This is currently fixable using a B3 plugin, but as @Barbatos mentioned on Discord earlier today it would be better to sort the problem in the gamecode.

REQUEST: It would be useful for 3rd party tools, to have an RCON command to retrieve the list of maps in the mapcycle.txt (eventually highlighting the one being played, if the currently played map is in the mapcycle and has not been voted).
