Exchange 2013+ Contact primary email or secondary email is not set with any value of the External email address.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Due to this Mailflow restrictions (such as limiting Distribution list to only allow to receive email from specific contacts and mailboxes) is not working correctly, and providing the "not authorized to send to the distribution list".
Some Additional info on the issue:
So while this issue should work fine for external mail addresses to a different server if they only occur once in your entire Exchange server, the second multiple hosted organizations want to add the same mail addresses, or the email address is actually already on your server (but a different hosted organization in SolidCP) it will run into duplicate SMTP addresses to which exchange will not add it as a mail address causing the issue reported above.
