SVGZ-specific support table since iOS < 4.2 doesn't support it, but does support SVG. Not sure about other browsers, but SVG & SVGZ support aren't equal.

IIS Doesn't compress SVG files during transfer hence the practical question: should I switch to svgz?

it would be nice if svgz could be listed on the website, it mostly enables good compression ratios. i wonder if it could be used for favicons as well because i can find no information about that.
