What do you mean by support? I think they already are supported through Fetch etc.

@mnot According to RFC PATCH method is still a proposed standard. Hence, officially it's not yet part of the HTTP.

According to MDN these methods don't require specific browser support so no need to include support tables on caniuse.

The browser doesn't use the PATCH method for user-initiated actions, so "browser compatibility" doesn't apply. Developers can set this request method using fetch()
