CSS 3 property: text-autospace and text-spacing

The property text-autospace was supported by Internet Explorer many years ago. It was in an old version of CSS Text Module Level 3 draft, then renamed to text-spacing and moved to current CSS Text Module Level 4 draft

Chrome announced their intention to support text-autospace behind a flag starting from Chrome 120.
