It would be great to have the Kindle browser added to Can I use! I can provide data for the Keyboard and Touch.

I tested the Kindle Fire browser some time ago and it appeared to have the exact same support as the stock Android 2.3 browser. Not sure about the latest version(s). If there's an indication that it would be any different I'd be happy to add it.

I wouldn't be surprised if the e-ink Kindles had a different browser -- after all they don't run Android. It could well be the same though. Any idea how to check?

Hm, not sure about that one. But I would think that the user base of e-ink browsers would be too small for developers to generally concern themselves with.

@curiousdannii

True, but I think that's largely because devs don't know what the browsers can do. The Kindle Touch has WebSQL and the app cache, making it a decent device for offline apps. I expect that it's more capable that Opera Mini, and probably even IE8. It's your choice, but I think it's worth including.

Haven't seen any other requests for this and the % of browsing e-ink kindle users seems low, so closing this issue.
