Although charm-production cross section looks correct, we have seen that charmed-meson(D+, D_s and D0) production is strongly suppressed after about 100 GeV, only lambda_C+ is produced after 100 GeV.
The issue here is that the input charm fraction tables used by the charm hadronization code go only up to 100 GeV. Since the charm fractions are nearly flat / change very weakly with energy, the proposed solution for an event with neutrino energy Enu, is to use min(Enu, 100.) when looking up that table.
