Refactor the four ParaView plugins PVExtractMergeBlocksVolume* in one plugin

The four plugins PVExtractAndMergeBlocksVolume* extract the GEOS domains and merge the ranks for each region. There is four plugins for each combinaison of domain present in the input mesh.
The gool is to have one plugin dealing with any combinaison of domain in the input mesh. The plugin will have tree output, one for each domain (Volume, Fault and Well) but "Fault" and "Well" output can be empty the input mesh does not have it.
