Touchpoints enables government agencies to solicit and process user feedback to support the continuous improvement of public systems, services, processes, and policies.
Touchpoints is a web application that makes it easy to deploy compliant feedback forms easily and quickly. Additionally, Touchpoints provides features specific the domain of Customer Experience in the US Federal Government.
The current version of Touchpoints is live at https://touchpoints.app.cloud.gov. A current demo version is live at https://touchpoints-demo.app.cloud.gov. GSA's Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) is developing Touchpoints in-house by the Feedback Analytics Team, within the Technology Transformation Services' Office of Products and Programs (OPP).
