Viewer doesn't respond to MeshType enable/disable #175
To reproduce, read some subdiv geometry, add a meshType node, force to polys with no normals. Enable/disable meshType and the viewer does not re-shade. The SceneInspector does show updates to the mesh interpolation, so I believe the trouble is in the viewer. Maybe the GL cache doesn't take mesh interpolation into account?
