update-functions does not care about branch for gameserver script #1949

Upon running update-functions, your gameserver script will be replaced with the one from master no matter which branch you selected inside of it.
That is bothering for development and users customization.

Not sure why it's happening yet but what I'm sure about is I will get rid of this behavior ASAP.
