+1a. Creating a New Game Project - With Toolbox
+ * Run the Torque 3D Toolbox.
+ * Click New Project.
+ * Choose a base template.
+ * Name the Project.
+ * Click Create to create the project.
+ * When it finishes, click the Finished button.
