CMake generated solution has ALL_BUILD as startup project #623

This means that to debug/run the engine you need to switch your startup project after creating the solution. I suggest looking into this solution to make ALL_BUILD run the executable.

Unless anyone wants to tackle this I think we can close it. Or at least move it from 3.6. It's not really a priority.
