Added Epoxy in favor of GLEW #1567

This removes the GLEW dependency since it has trouble with OpenGL core profiles (and should play nicer with detecting opengl capabilities) by replacing it with libepoxy.

UPDATE:
Windows has been tested, JeffR (and Az I believe) have tested Linux/X11. Feel free to merge whenever you want once one of them gives the OK.
