This patch fixes several bugs in guiSpeedometerHud::onRender():

-Caused hard crash due to unmatched pushWorldMatrix() call.
-Routine did not rotate/translate the control, causing render to fail in all cases.
-Control would not render for player-mounted vehicles (i.e. when used in a fps context) .
