Slow Speed issue #38

My Internet speed is good that is around 3051 kbps but Borg catches only 98 kB/s.

Two days back, I had deleted user.cookies then the speed went up about 400 kB/s. Now the same issue occurred. I even deleted the user.cookies again but nothing happened.
Why is it so?

I have got no idea what the problem could be, I will look into it don't worry.
