Real Time Python Script to Classify Coins with a Webcam

Classifies dates on pennies using 3 caffe models in real time with Python.

Inital Scanning of pennies.

Tasks:

  • Clean up this repo!
  • Scan much more 59-82 cents. Start over? When scanning new images crop over size because it does not matter in current system.
  • Stop for center lights on picture and put this into the training mix.
  • Use past crops to adjust the x portion of the circle center.
  • Make the ring bigger and the camera mount wider or different.
  • Power the LED arduino off the 12V supply.
  • Use only one arduino?
