Initial release of STSOrgSync as installed in Gentofte, Syddjurs and Favrskov

- Reading a single OU using has been broken since 1.3.1, and is now fixed
- TLS 1.2 is now used when calling the serviceplatform (as required by new change on the serviceplatform)
