Meeting Minutes

Mainly discussed about the issues raised by the status report.

The supervisor pointed me to PubMed API after I explained that multiple Automated Google Searches strategies were too noisy. We then agreed that there are more advanced techniques that could possibly be used to extract meaning from text in websites but that they were out of the scope of this project.

Shorty discussed about PubChem retrieving multiple SMILES from a drug name. The supervisor asked me to pass along some examples.

  • Produce a short presentation
