Geta Tags for EPiServer 7.5

This release has:

• full support for EPiServer 7.5 - tag selection works similar to EPiServer 6/7 Geta.Tags version
• compiled against .NET Framework 4.0
• tag-it jQuery UI plugin used for tag selection
