I noticed the following thread:
https://community.getbeans.io/discussion/using-beans-for-multisite/

The latest comment:
"Any news on beans settings via network? :) I'am really tired of flushing every single subsite, just because of a few changes in LESS .... aaargh :((("

Perhaps something to consider for beans 2.0.
