Removed different locale names; "Steam" is always called Steam

Changes:

Changes made to /usr/share/applications/steam.desktop:

• Added multiple names for different locales
• Modified "Icon=" value so that icons are properly displayed on applications menu

I also renamed the icons from steam-deb.png to steam.png
things work out better this way
