I think you should create one click-installable package for Chrome and put Sublime plugin to the package manager.

It could make your userbase much bigger.

Thanks for the suggestion and the links.
If the weather in Germany keeps rainy, the coming weekend, I will "package" both plugins…

The package control CI test passed: "All is well — The Travis CI build passed" if the review is done I'm going to create and add the Chrome package…
