Fix translation from original Repository

Hi all!

As you might see, i took over the Git-it Repository to update (and maybe enhance) it, as it seems to be unmaintained and it would be a pity to see it die. As you created Pull-Requests on the original Git-it Repository, i now copied (and squashed) your commits to this Pull-Request, to include your fixes here. Thank you already for these contributions!

• However, as i moved the internationalisation of Git-it to a new concept, honestly these files do not have much effect anymore, but their content now needs to be copied over to the Git-it project on Transifex.
• Even that this should be mostly a copy-paste-operation, it might still be useful to understand which 'letter-salad' (Only a german word? 😄 ) one copies over to which source-string. And depending on the age of the translations, it might also be useful to check, if they are still up to date. As i don't speak all currently 10 languages in the project, i am not really able to check this, or even might to guess, where to copy the right string.
• So if you are motivated, i would be happy if you could have a look into the linked Transifex-Project and if you would like to contribute there a bit on translations. As i said - it should be possible to copy most of the translations right from the old ones, so no need to do all the work from scratch.

Cool, no hurry!
I dont necessarily need manual notifications, if a resource is fully translated, I'll get notified by transifex automatically. But just ping me (on this repo) if there are any questions or so... :)
