Create a harness for integration testing. This will basically be Glimpse's Chaos Monkey.

The plan is to leverage xUnit's ExcelData theories and Selenium to exercise Glimpse on a continually growing website full of every curve ball that developers put into their own sites.

First hack at the test harness described in #213. Still missing auto-…
…build of Glimpse packages, auto-build of test site, iis express support, iis support and auto nuget package updating.

After discussing with a Glimpse user, I have realized that we should have at least a handful of Azure integration tests.

I will make sure that the integration test site is easily deployable to Azure.

Good plan... just have to work out how we can eventually work it into our

Finalized integration testing harness as defined in #213
User will still have to manually configure IIS since scripts would have to have administrative privileges to configure it automatically.
