Create a harness for integration testing. This will basically be Glimpse's Chaos Monkey.

The plan is to leverage xUnit's ExcelData theories and Selenium to exercise Glimpse on a continually growing website full of every curve ball that developers put into their own sites.

After discussing with a Glimpse user, I have realized that we should have at least a handful of Azure integration tests.

I will make sure that the integration test site is easily deployable to Azure.

Good plan... just have to work out how we can eventually work it into our
nightly build process and test.

User will still have to manually configure IIS since scripts would have to have administrative privileges to configure it automatically.
