Numerous minor functional updates that repair autotyping, weird behavior and so on.

Further refinement of GUI behavior, handling Keybindings/Comments and so on has been done. The API has also been re-written for more maintainability, albeit not optimal maintainability.

Although the changes are NUMEROUS, this update is a large one and is recommended! Many of these updates fix obvious, possible and nearly invisible bugs, also includes a new a caching architecture to remember common files for faster use.

Luamin has been included under the 'scripts' directory to allow us to minify Lua source files, tooltips have been introduced and some text has been fixed and made more clear.

Due to switching my environment to linux, Windows versions (that still supply JRE 8u40) will be provided as ZIP Archives. The Mac/Linux version is provided as a Tarball (GZIP). Due to the inclusion of the JRE, the Windows Zip archives are much larger than the GZIP'd tarball.

CCAutotyper-vX.Y.Z.tar.gz can be used by any system and includes the Windows Executable and Shell Script. It does not include the JRE.
