This fix is purely for windows which fixes a bug that caused minification to ALWAYS fail on windows machines. This comes with a few grammatical fixes and updates to a few tooltips as well as improved minification performance using a simple statically sized cache that evicts the least recently used cached elements.

Windows versions now come as a .exe for those who desire it. The executable is provided by 7zip is very lightweight but possibly more convenient than extracting yourself. Naturally they are still larger than the gzipped tarball due to the inclusion of a stripped down, portable JRE.
